MY STORY
I have been working as an experienced Physical Therapist, Personal Trainer, and Certified Health Coach for the last 20 years in Europe, Asia, and the US. My passion is helping men and women achieve their personal fitness goals and improve and sustain their overall health and quality of life.
Years of further education in Pilates, Sports Performance Training, Rehab Training, Kinesiology, and Reiki allow me to analyze my clients' movements and provide direction for effective positioning during exercise so that they can gain more strength and flexibility and enhance their cardio-vascular function despite any physical limitations.
For those who want to lose those stubborn last few pounds or resistant belly fat, improve their digestion, or just regain their youthful energy, I have developed powerful, proven programs that will help them incorporate sustainable holistic behaviors into their daily lives.
We all know that everyday life can be really busy with family, work, and social activities. It can be hard to stick to a standard health and fitness program.
When you work with me, I’ll provide you with strategies and tools you can use daily to help you follow through so that you can lose weight, gain energy, and transform your body once and for all.
