Over the years I’ve worn many hats: Accountant, Musician, Real Estate Agent, Massage Therapist, Personal Trainer, Yoga Instructor, and Business Manager. I’ve owned and run several of my own businesses, as well as managing corporate businesses. Each experience has shaped who I am today.

Because of my diverse experience, I possess both an analytical side and a creative side, which makes me unique in the field of Coaching. I understand that although a person comes to me for one issue, there’s always more that needs to be addressed. We are all multi-faceted, and so my philosophy is to take a holistic approach – one in which I coach the WHOLE person.

I have experience, both personally and professionally, in dealing with ANXIETY. Because, I am certified in Yoga, Meditation, Personal Training, and Massage Therapy, I offer guidance for clients for utilizing these modalities (as a way of minimizing anxiety) if they wish. These can all have a profound positive effect. However, the key is to identify the true causes of anxiety (not just treat the symptoms). Once aware of these we can work on developing habits for controlling negative thoughts that lead to more anxiety. I provide many resources and reference material for dealing with anxiety. I provide a safe space for people to empty out thoughts, so that we can identify what’s holding them back from getting to where they want to be. Only then are we able to work on each issue, one at a time, by creating personalized strategies and actionable steps. I hold clients accountable and set them up for small wins. Coaching is about getting from where you are now to where you want to be. I can help get you there!
