Who I Help
I work with individuals struggling with addiction, as well as their loved ones who have been affected by the disease. Additionally, I offer parent coaching for caregivers of children ages 6 months to 24 months who have been impacted by addiction and trauma.

My approach to addiction recovery coaching is rooted in evidence-based practices and personalized care. I work with each client to identify their unique needs and develop a plan for sustainable recovery. Through a combination of support, education, and guidance, I help clients build the skills and resilience necessary to overcome addiction and thrive in recovery.

SAN DIEGO ADDICTION TREATMENT
When you visit us at Pacific Bay Recovery, we can examine you from a medical, musculoskeletal, cognitive, neurocognitive and psychological standpoint. A typical program usually begins with medical detoxification followed by 90 days of inpatient treatment and 21 months in an outpatient setting. Our therapy plans are personalized, so that you can be confident that you are getting the best treatment for you.
